Production Workers

Our manufacturing facility in Georgia, Vermont, is growing! We are looking for full-time, year-round Production Workers to manufacture our high-quality, garden-related products. Our ideal candidate will have physical stamina (able to lift 75 lbs.); previous manufacturing experience and/or construction background; and be a detail-oriented, self-starting team player. Demand Planner

This person has two core levels of responsibility: product forecasting/analysis and purchasing/inventory control. The Demand Planner (DP) is responsible for developing and providing product level merchandising/inventory forecast and analysis to support merchandising and inventory management practices. The DP must manage product forecasts using several forecast tools, analysis, and inter-department communication. Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business or similar discipline or equivalent job experience; strong communication and problem-solving skills; high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and working knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word.

Must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and clean driving record, as well as excellent customer service and organizational skills. Experience with landscape design, familiarity with heavy equipment, and knowledge of trees/shrubs a plus!
