Gardener’s Supply is coming to the Upper Valley! In preparation for our newest store in Lebanon, New Hampshire, Gardener’s Supply is accepting resumes for the position of Store Manager.
The Lebanon Store Manager has responsibility for all operations at our Lebanon facility. As the NH ambassador for the Gardener’s Supply brand, the store serves as both a site for retail and wholesale commerce as well as the face of the company in the Upper Valley community. The store manager will ensure a dynamic and unique experience for our customers with exceptional service, merchandising and ambiance. As part of the leadership team for the retail division, the store manager will participate in strategic planning sessions and assist the Retail General Manager in setting the strategic direction for the retail division. Our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record of success leading a multi-departmental or multi-unit retail organization of similar scale/volume; a minimum of 5 years experience in leadership/management; and 4 years direct customer service experience. This person will have a proven record of creating and managing budgets and achieving financial goals. This job requires excellent communication skills. Garden Center/Nursery experience strongly preferred. The ability to stay organized, focused and calm in a busy and dynamic environment is a must! Gardening experience is extremely desirable.

We’re looking for a Digital Image Retoucher/Asset Coordinator to join our Creative team. This person will be responsible for editing product and editorial images in a fast-paced, high-volume studio, as well as maintaining the digital asset management (DAM) system. We’re searching for a full-time Production Worker to join our growing team at our SERAC manufacturing facility located in Georgia, VT. This person will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality garden-related products. You will perform all set-up functions and will be expected to continuously monitor quality while striving for improvement and more cost effective ways to operate. Our ideal candidate will have physical stamina (able to lift 75 lbs.), previous manufacturing experience and/or a construction background, and will be a detail-oriented, self-starting team player.
Reporting to the President & CEO, the Vice President of Merchandising will be responsible for developing and implementing an integrated merchandising strategy for all customer-facing direct channels, while also supporting the retail program.
