Tractor Trailer Delivery

Large structures and certain other items, or bulk orders, may be delivered by tractor-trailer. We utilize several different freight carriers to make sure you get the quickest delivery possible (ESTES, T-Force, A. Duie Pyle, FedEx Freight, ect.) Depending on the carrier making your delivery, the driver may or may not contact you via phone to schedule delivery. Unless otherwise arranged, all delivery trucks should be equipped with a liftgate to lower your palletized order safely out of the truck, but drivers are not required to help move your delivery from the drop-off site. Please note the following:

  • Standard freight delivery costs are pre-paid, but if you are unable to accept delivery within five business days or request delivery to a different address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping or storage costs.
  • A 40-foot-long tractor-trailer requires a good deal of room to maneuver. If there obstacles, you may need to bring a truck, van, or other cargo vehicle to meet the truck at the closest access point. If you are concerned, and haven’t been otherwise contacted about delivery, please call our customer service team at 1-800-876-5520 to pass along any information.

Upon delivery, you may need to sign-for the items on the Bill of Lading (B.O.L.). Please inspect the items for damage before signing. If you see any damage, note the details on the B.O.L. and call our customer service team immediately at 1-800-876-5520.
