Every purchase is covered by our lifetime guarantee. If your expectations are not met or a product doesn't work as described at any point in the product's lifespan, we will gladly refund your purchase price (excluding shipping costs). Damage due to normal wear and tear or unconventional use is not covered.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Print and enclose the return form with the items intended for return. Ship the package to our address mentioned below using a reliable shipping method. We recommend you choose a shipping method that gives you a tracking number so you have proof of receipt.

NOTE: if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product,  please reach out to customer service at 1-800-876-5520 or info@gardeners.com before initiating a return.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing of your return. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The credit may take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement.
