Contact Center Supervisor
Supports and supervises a team which may include Sales, Service, Internet or Seasonal Representatives. As a part of the CC Operations group, works closely with Workforce Management and Training and Development teams to maximize all aspects of agent performance. The schedule for this position is Sunday - Thursday: Sunday opening; Monday - Thursday closing.
Contact Center Sales and Service Specialist
The Sales and Service Specialist is primarily on the phone with GSC’s customers, building relationships with them and representing our company in ways that reflect our core values. He/she contributes to increasing average order size, customer satisfaction and retention through product knowledge, sales and service skills, and implementing feedback delivered by his/her supervisor in regularly scheduled coaching meetings. Please note that these positions can be either hybrid (60% on-site; 40% remote) OR fully on-site at our Contact Center located in Burlington, VT.
