Sales and Service Specialist II

The Sales & Service Specialist II handles a variety of tasks, all aimed at building strong customer relationships and representing GSC in line with our core values. This role focuses on enhancing average order size, customer satisfaction, and retention through a combination of product knowledge, sales, and service expertise. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication and customer service skills, a willingness to apply feedback and training for continuous improvement, and the ability to manage multiple tasks accurately. Engaging with customers to understand their needs and suggesting additional products to increase order size is key. A background in gardening or horticulture is strongly preferred. Shifts for these 2 (two) openings are: Full-time, 40 hours, Mon-Fri, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Saturday rotation OR Part-time, 30 hours, Mon 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Thurs 9:30 am -3:30 pm, Fri-Sat 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
