Manufacturing Production Manager
The Manufacturing Production Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The Production Manager oversees all aspects of production, from planning and scheduling to execution and quality control. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage a team of employees while optimizing processes to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards. The Manufacturing Production Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within the production team. Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience working in a manufacturing or construction industry; experience leading/supervising a team (3-5 years preferred); ability to motivate and coach employees in achieving the goals of the department; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems.
