Commercial Sales Lead

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sales Lead is to increase sales of commercial goods and services by maintaining a deep knowledge of the products and working with the Commercial Manager to implement sales strategies to meet sales goals. This person will manage large commercial customer accounts and delivery service, including taking phone, email, and in-person orders; will manage the commercial delivery schedule; and will assist with commercial estimates and quotes as well as maintaining the commercial customer base and supporting commercial marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 yrs sales/customer service experience in a green goods business; advanced horticultural knowledge; ability to stay organized, focused and calm in a fast-paced environment; experience supervising; and ability to use Internet search engine, email, Microsoft Word and Excel. Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Greenland Garden Center. As the ambassador for our brand, you will ensure an inspiring customer experience and uphold high standards for service, merchandising, and ambiance. This role involves overseeing all operations, achieving sales, profitability, and productivity goals, and managing store personnel. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of leadership and management experience, with a proven record of success in multi-departmental or multi-unit retail environments. A minimum of 4 years in direct customer service is required, with garden center or nursery experience strongly preferred. The role demands strong budgeting, team-building, and project management skills, along with advanced horticultural knowledge. Key responsibilities include developing and executing merchandising plans, overseeing talent acquisition, training, and performance management, and ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The Store Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, buying teams, and other store managers to achieve business goals. Applicants must be available to work weekends, flexible with shifts, including evenings, holidays, and seasonal overtime. The position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and handling physical tasks.
