These durable plant markers are neat-looking, last for years, and really stay put. The large nameplates have room for recording variety names, sources and planting dates. These plant labels are ideal for marking the position of bulbs at planting time so you don't dig them up by mistake! Zinc-coated nameplates on galvanized wire legs. We recommend our permanent Paint Marker, sold separately.

My flower garden looks quite professional with these markers. Great price
Seems good, but has not gone through a winter. Marking issue
By joyful gardener
I used a blue sharpie to label the perennials. After one month the sign had faded and was barely visible. I remarked the labels using a black sharpie and saw how the metal absorbed the ink. So I wrote the name multiple times. It appears to be holding up better. I am rating this as a 3 because they have not yet gone through a winter season, and so I cannot say anything about the durability. The durability is most important to me, as I need the plants to remain marked until the early spring so they will not be mistaken for weeds.
Same good product.

About Me Avid Gardener, Master Gardener
Since I am an avid gardener and just a smidge OCD, I've always labeled my plantings and have used Gardener's Supply kind for several years. Plant labels also help visitors to my garden who are interested in a particular shrub, tree, or flower. These labels and the "legs" last a long while unless they are hit by a weed eater! Do plan to reapply the name to the label over time because the sun fades the writing no matter what you use to write on it.
The markers are sturdy and you have a large writing surface.

Large, so easy to read

About Me Getting Started
The galvanized steel prongs are longer than the rest. Large, so easy to read. And attractive in the garden. I ordered one set in the mail. Worked out great in my daylily garden! But didn't have enough. So, ordered another set in the mail. And while those were being shipped to me in Atlanta, GA. I was attending a family reunion in Vermont. So, I managed to visit Gardener's Supply Williston location and bought out what they had in the store. I also picked up some of the copper faced plant markers for one of my sisters. She likes to use them in her vegetable garden. Gardner's Supply puts out an incredible catalogue. They are also incredible in person! Friendly, helpful staff. Great deli counter, try the Vermonter sandwich!
I love these markers- easy to read and to write on. Perfect

I used these markers on my master gardener projects at the nursing home and they are used at the community garden and in my private gardens at home. They are easy to read and durable!

I received these markers as a gift from a friend to help remember the names and locations of all the plants in my new cutting garden. They were so easy to use, sturdy, and useful, I ended up getting two more sets. Love them.
