Comments about : Cage Extension for Tomato Success Kit:
As both indeterminate and determinate tomato plants grow higher then the cage provided with the Tomato Success Kit, it would be better if the cage provided were just taller from the get-go. The extension is fiddly to add, and wobbles.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This product worked great for my tomato plant this year
This extension supported my tomato plant; which grew well above the original supports.I think a few more clips would be good.

About Me Midrange Shopper
Very strong cages, I really like them. I use zip ties and make it even stronger.
this is a great compact product
I wanted a planter for my tomatoes on my raised deck so animals wouldn't eat my produce before I do! This extension is great because my tomato plant is growing like crazy and has extended about 12" beyond the cage that came with the tomato kit. I am very happy with everything that the tomato success kit has.
I would buy this cage extension again.

Great support for a baby apple tree
from Minneapolis, MN
Squirrels have been leaping on my baby apple tree and tearing off both the top and one of the new branches. I was looking for something that could support and protect the apple tree until it matures. I saw this and thought it might work as a cage around the tree. It works!
