Place the Wallhugger VegTrug™ along a fence or wall to create a tidy and convenient vegetable growing area in a very small space. It's deeper at the back for large plants like tomatoes, and shallower in front for greens, herbs and other small plants. Grow plants at an easy working height; no bending or kneeling to plant, tend and harvest. The elevated bed means no weeds and fewer pests, too. Great for apartment or condo dwellers with limited space — and you can take it with you if you move! Includes a fitted fabric liner to keep soil contained while letting excess water drain. Plastic feet protect wood from wet surfaces. Quality construction and easy assembly.

The Wood quality is good, but the assembly holes don't aline

Purpose of purchase, is a herb bed. Hope the taller plants deter from the tilted look.

I wanted something smaller and more narrow than my big Veg Trug and this fits the bill perfectly! I wanted something for right outside my back door - it's planted with herbs and lettuce

This was a Mother's Day gift for my mom who has bad knees, but wanted to continue gardening- she loves it!

I get a basket of veggies delivered every week but there isn't always tomatoes or cucumbers. I bought this to grow just a couple of plants. I love it! It is perfect for my deck and a good height to work at. Very happy with this purchase.
Almost instant gardening space!

Arrived very quickly and the drug was really easy to put together but needed two people. i was able to set it in a narrow space by a fence. I got the cover for insect and bird protection and it was so easy to add to the trug. This is my first and I hope to add a couple of more soon.
Our favorite patio addition this year

We love our VegTrug and have quite a lot planted in it (happily, so far!). This particular style is more compact -- which works great for us. It is along the side of our patio and fits perfectly (and covers the sight line to our air conditioner compressor). Construction is solid. Best of all - it keeps the bunnies away from our veggies (although this would look great with just flowers as well!).

Looks good, but....

Although this is an attractive looking product, it took three people to put it together (even after watching the video). The pieces did not fit together properly. Pre drilled holes didn't line up. Also several pieces of wood had cracks. I would only recommend this if it comes preassembled. Too much trouble!
My tomatoes are so happy!
from Fort Washington, MD
I have been eyeing the VegTrug for years and finally bought 4 this year in two different sizes. Having grown my tomatoes in a bunch of small containers the past several years, I was thrilled to be able to consolidate them in just a few VegTrugs AND be able to add in a bunch of herbs and salad greens. This Wall Hugger VegTrug is really compact and fit a space where I could not find any other reasonable container or raised garden to fit. So much less work to water them all now in the 4 VegTrugs than in 30+ pots--they hold the moisture far longer and I get lettuce as a bonus!
