Grow plants at an easy working height in this unique patio garden; no bending or kneeling to plant, tend and harvest. The elevated bed means no weeds and fewer pests, too. The V-shape makes efficient use of space and planting mix — grow deep-rooted plants like tomatoes in the center, shallow-rooted crops like salad greens along the edges. Includes a fitted fabric liner to keep soil contained while letting excess water drain. Plastic feet protect wood from wet surfaces. Quality construction and easy assembly.

Sure Cure for the "I haven't Space for a Salad Garden"
from Colorado Springs
Comments about : VegTrug™ Patio Garden, Charcoal:
I was gifted with one of these and liked it so much I bought another one. It is such a treat to go pick your salad for an evening meal. My back garden is in a deep bowl and although I have tried to build a garden I had no success. I planted lettuce in mine when I got it in August and the result was so spectacular I augmented it. this is the only way that I can grow things in the back - finger itch to assemble and get started.

Bought this for my daughter-in-law and didn't know she had been researching them and wanted one. Nice surprise.
Great Raised Garden Bed
from Florence, OR
I planted this garden bed with a variety of greens and some peppers and a few flowers to give it color. I have received numerous compliments on its appearance from neighbors. It arrived with a knick in one piece because the box was compromised, but otherwise was complete and intact. I hope it will weather well this winter and be in constant use next season.

Just what I needed
from Huntersville, NC
After years of gardening in a raised garden bed and fighting the surrounding grass and weeds, I've found the answer. I no longer have to fight back the grass and weeds in my garden. Plus, no more stooping. That is a bonus. I also removed my fencing because the bunnies can no longer reach my veggies. I should have done this years ago.

Easy to put together. Great height.
I would purchase this item again.
I really like the VegTrug. It was so simple to put it together. We watered it thoroughly before leaving for five days. When we returned, everything planted were still in great condition. I used organic soil. In only two weeks, tomatoes are already forming. My daughter-in-law, who is an avid gardener, gave this vegtrug a big "A+". Would recommend to anyone, especially those that have limited space for planting. Can even be used as a focal point on a deck, patio or close by. Have not had any problems whatsoever from deer, rabbits or chippies. I love the level of this garden--so very easy on my back. It also looks decorative, sturdy and well-built. I will keep it out all year--just cover it in our winter zone which is Wisconsin. I am excited about everything I am growing. It all looks beautiful.
