We are looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Lead to join our team at our Burlington location. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods into and out of the store, managing inventory, and overseeing building maintenance, safety, and operations. As a key player in the customer experience, you’ll ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment while liaising with internal teams and external service providers. You will supervise receiving processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and lead safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of operations, inventory control, or receiving experience, a strong passion for gardening, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Operations Lead, Greenland
Are you passionate about gardening or eager to learn? Join our dynamic We’re hiring an Operations Lead at our Greenland, NH store! This hands-on role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, including the maintenance of buildings and grounds, safety compliance, equipment upkeep, and the efficient flow of products from receiving to customer delivery. The Operations Lead plays a critical part in creating a safe, clean, and organized environment while working closely with store leadership to improve systems, support seasonal merchandising, and lead a collaborative team. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of relevant experience, strong mechanical and construction skills, and the ability to operate heavy equipment. This role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, physical stamina (including the ability to lift 50 lbs.), and a flexible schedule that includes weekends, evenings, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, and candidates must be able to obtain any necessary commercial certifications.
