You asked for an elevated cedar planter box on wheels, and here it is! Butcher block cedar sides and lifetime aluminum corners make it handsome and durable; wheels make it mobile. Roll it into the sun, move it to mow, roll it out of the way to make room for guests. The 2' x 4' planter box is 14" deep — plenty deep for your largest vegetable or flower plants. It accommodates three of our Tomato Cages with room to spare! Waist-high, so it's easy to plant, tend and harvest without bending or kneeling. 16" semi-pneumatic, never-flat wheels and a sturdy handle let you roll it over almost any terrain. Includes a liner to keep soil contained while letting excess water drain. May be used with the U-Garden Watering System, sold separately (must be installed before filling the U-Garden with planting mix).
To make the most of our precious forest resources, we use reclaimed pieces of high-quality North American cedar from lumber mill trimmings and give them new life in our butcher-block planters. Only the best reclaimed pieces are selected and glued together to form strong, solid panels, which are planed smooth to highlight the attractive variations in color and grain. The skilled craftsmen in our Vermont factory transform the panels into these uniquely beautiful planters.

I love this

Comments about : Elevated Rolling U-Garden:
I had looked at this planter for a year before actually buying it (it is pricey). But now that I have it, I love it. Well worth the money. I get compliments on it all the time. My husband and his friend put it together so I can't really speak to the "ease of assembly" (they said it was alittle complicated) but they got it together and now I'm growing lots of basil and herbs on my deck.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

You can roll this garden short distances even when planted
from Orange, MA
We have our gardens in the front yard because of sun exposure and they are attractive additions. These are spacious enough for a variety of vegetables and flowers. Although heavy when filled and planted, we are still able to roll them to a new place to mow the grass underneath or to move them to a sheltered location in exceptionally bad weather.

I put together these two beds and they were easy to assemble. Had to sand down the edges, but no big deal..after I oiled them they really looked great, the cedar just popped, harder to roll when full of water. The screws included in the kit were sub standard, had to buy some new ones, no big deal, I drilled each hole to help the assembly, good product, we like them.....now all we need is some sun!

A great addition to our landscape decor. Read some reviews about difficulty of assembly, found in my case to be false, went right as the directions said.....

Not as expected
By Jacks Mom
from Owego, NY
I purchased this for my mother so she could stand and not need to bend to garden. I have put together many items but the directions on this were especially poor. Screws strip, pieces do not line up, liner thin and tears too easily and the list goes on. It has the potential to be very nice but, in my opinion, falls short in many ways.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Very well built

I purchased this gift for my elderly mother. She can garden without bending down and store it easily in her garage when the season is over. She is so excited to get her hands dirty this summer!

The look is great. The wheels make the cart super easy to move. Actually holds a lot of vegetable plants
Wonderful addition to my container garden!

Right now I have a butterfly garden in my barrow. Latter I plan to use it for vegetables. My husband is particularly pleased since it can be moved and, therefore, does not destroy the grass on his lawn.

Very hard to assemble and no help was given when we called. Can't believe not even predrilled . We were offered $20.00 credit on our next purchase. How insulting!!
