This durable cloche creates a mini-greenhouse that helps warm the soil and protects a row of plants from harsh weather. That means you can start planting earlier in spring and extend the season into fall. More attractive than fabric row covers, it keeps birds, cats, dogs, rabbits and insect pests away from plants, too. Adjustable vents at each end help prevent overheating. Lift the cloche using the handle on the top for easy access to plants. Reusable, year after year. Includes four anchoring stakes.

Very difficult to put together, NEED two people. But otherwise it is sturdy and good sized. Looking forward to using in the spring

I would not buy this product again.
By Johnny Tillerweed

Assembling this product was a nightmare. Even with the help from my wife, it took too long and was extremely frustrating. The plastic cover was rolled up tightly and trying to unroll and place in the slots on the sides exasperating. Never again. That's only one half of the story. The actual function of the cloche is yet to be seen. Currently, I have lettuce under cover and the future will reveal the success of the crop over the next 2-4 weeks.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

fun way to cover plants for late and early gardening. It was a total pain to put together. needed three people to manage the plastic and the replacement screws were still not adequate, had to use my own screws. Would love to buy two more if only they came pre-assembled...

Row Garden Cloche - JUNK DONT BUY
My husband and I spent almost 45 minutes to try and put together, Screws didn't line up or were stripped so you couldn't have it hold. We finally gave up and sent it back. 2 out of 3 things bought were not what we expected. the Cloche was the worst. :( Dont buy unless they ship assembled.
Work perfect-would definitely buy again.
from Oshkosh wi
Purchased two of these. Put together myself (60yr old female) without a problem even though, yes, would have been easier with someone holding. Wanted to get head start on my kale and lettuce. These worked perfect. Easy to place, easy to move. Stood up to some pretty good winds and even 5 minutes worth of pea- sized hail. ( Wisconsin springs) Will only have to figure out where to put them when not in use. Looking forward to extending my fall garden too!

I used it on my porch at first to harden off plant and acclamate them. Then to my garden plots to protect young plants from elements and animals. Once established can be removed and usd to start next group of plantings. Cloughes were very awkward to assemble almost needed another hand when screwing cross piece and handle on

Difficult assembly, seems semi-sturdy
from Rochester, MN
Assembly for 2 of them took me two hours. Directions say more than one person recommended...but honestly, I wasn't convinced that would help very much. The hardest parts for me were getting the holes lined up and getting the short screws in. I am a little disappointed in the sturdiness for the price. I have yet to see how well they perform and how well they hold up next year...fingers crossed!
from Des Moines, IA
The "little greenhouse" worked wonderfully through the winter on our deck. The herbs lived through with the addition of a heating coil.
