Easy to use kit with clear instructions. We weren't able to locate one ingredient, whole milk that wasn't ultrapasteurized, so the results were subpar. Will definitely try this kit again substituting for the whole milk.
Simply follow the directions. I made the mozzarella so far. yum.

My family and I had a great time with this product. The children were especially mesmerized and actually some of the adults were also.

Making the cheese for the first time required carefully reading and following the directions. Each subsequent time, the process became easier and easier, taking less time. It made delcicious mozzarella cheese and I will continue to make homemade cheese.

My grandson and I tried making mozzarella. Curds did not form and we had to feed the mixture to his chickens. We will try again, but as of now a gallon of milk gone to the chicks.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
