Delicious, home-made mayonnaise is easier than you think! Start by dropping an egg yolk into the jar, then add some lemon juice, mustard, salt, and a healthy sprinkle of fresh ground pepper. Screw on the mesh plunger and oil dish attachment, drizzle in some oil and start moving the plunger up and down. After about 3 to 4 minutes the consistency will be ready to serve. But don't limit yourself to mayo! You can make killer aioli (can you say chipotle?!), salad dressings, and small-batch sauces too. Have fun!
