Comments about : Kettering Women's Work Boots:
I love these boots. They are very comfortable. They are tall and conform well to my calves so they keep dirt from getting into the boot when I'm working in the garden. They are easy to get on because of the opening at the top back of the boot and they are also easy to take off. They are perfect for working in my yard and garden. I wear them almost every day and highly recommend them to other gardeners.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Exactly the boot I needed for working in my soggy backyard
from Lexington, KY
About Me Comfort-oriented
My backyard does not have very good drainage and therefore remains wet and boggy during winter months. I am attempting to create a bird-friendly yard and need to be able to fill and maintain feeders and habitats. This would be impossible without these boots. Any other shoes would be ruined. I appreciate the ease with which I can slip them on and off

I work in landscaping and these boots have saved my feet! I welcome the mud, muck, standing water, and other elements storms throw at me during my workday now that I have these boots. My feet are finally warm and dry - great product.

Just what we wanted

I got these boots for my 14 -year old daughter because I have enjoyed using my similar short-boot style Bogs for gardening. She is a size 7 1/2 with a kinda wide foot and a high arch. I got her the size 8. She said they were comfortable and easy to walk in (much better than her old rain boots). She liked that they were waterproof and warm. She is not an outdoor person (she's on a dance team) and usually complains about her feet whenever we do something outdoorsy. But we went to a U-cut tree farm to get our Christmas tree in the rain, and her feet were perfectly happy. Yay! These will also be great if we get snow this year and for going through the corn maze next October. They aren't fashionable enough for everyday wear, but she had no complaints about the looks for a foul-weather boot. Having the one handle in the back looks better than the two handles on the sides, and the fact that they are taller makes them look better as well. Easy on and off, and if they get caked with mud they can be hosed off.
Warm and dry feet.
