Versatile garden cart!
By Carol NM

Comments about Garden Tip Cart:
I am a 72 year old women and put this cart together by myself in about an hour. The trick is to have a metric socket wrench set. Trying to put this together with a screw driver is pure folly. The tipping feature is a real back saver for me. The wheels are a real plus as they travel over uneven ground with ease.My only negative comment is the turning radius which is a little wider than I would prefer.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I love the cart but assembly was difficult.
from Milton, VT
It takes long time to put this together and the bolts have such shallow slots that they hardly hold a screwdriver's blade. You need to be very careful how you put each piece on and you need to heed the warning to leave bolts and nuts loose until stuff is connected before you tighten. Kyle on Gardner's staff was a great help in figuring out where I was going wrong, so his advice was fantastic. The cart works really well once you get it together.

This product is terrible
from WEBSTER CITY, IOWA
This products looks helpful but was difficult to assemble. In the directions it states two person assembly, if the catalog/online description would have stated that I would have never purchased it. The tires or something in the box smelled horrible. I sent it back.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

If you can assemble it, you'll like it
from Asheville, NC
It works as advertised and is a very solid cart at a good price. However, it took friends who own a transmission shop to put it together. Locking bolts were extremely hard to tighten with the straight-edge screws provided. Change out to Phillips head screws and perhaps "regular people" could put it together. It's also a two-person job just because of the awkwardness of the parts.

Do all my yard work. Dumps fairly easily. I had to buy all new fasteners to put it together. What came with the product was a complete joke. Would be better if it had bearings in the wheels. For the price, it was still a pretty good buy.

This was a pain to assemble, impossible alone.
from North Carolina
The nuts that were supplied with the bolts were not appropriate for a piece of garden equipment because they would not tighten down; so I had to go buy metric nuts in order to make the wagon stable. Those need to be replaced before shipping. And the design did indeed make it impossible to assemble without help - just for being able to see what you're doing and getting your tools properly positioned. There should be an option to have it assembled before shipping. If you did that at your place, believe me, you would change some things about the product.
