You’ll appreciate the versatility of this natural willow trellis. It expands and contracts like an accordion, so it can be stretched to the length and height you prefer up to 21 feet. The trellis is made up of two panels joined at the top, so you can spread them apart in an A shape to create a three-dimensional support. The peeled willow and diamond-shaped openings make it a graceful, natural way to support vining vegetables and flowers. We recommend anchoring to the soil with Earth Staples or bamboo stakes, sold separately.

Comments about : Expandable Willow Trellis:
Versatile and good looking. I used it to allow my heavy Dutchman's Pipe vine to get more sun (by climbing up, out of my flower bed), as well as to cover an unsightly wall on the outside of our garage. Expands to fit any length, without having excess at the end, because as you expand it, it gets shorter. In this way, it fits any length.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Love this trellis
I needed something to grow my beans on and this fits the bill. Love the look and versatility.
Not what I thought it would be, looking for the more fine rope texture not plastic. But it does the job.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I bought 2 of these but ended up using only one. I was able to cut it into sections for two garden beds and still have some left I plan to use to support a tomato plant.

Using it as a gate
I stretch this across the 15 foot opening in our driveway to corral the dog. Works great and is a lot less expensive than other options.

This trellis expands to fit your location, be sure to anchor it down somehow, I used 6 inch landscape staples

I ordered the product as a trellis for the 2016 growing season. IN the past I've 'macgyvered' trellises that didn't hold up under the weight of my veggies..hoping that the natural strength of the willow will work for my beans OR melons OR squash..I like to experiment :) My main concern is its stability once in the ground, will it need to be supported on the ground by stakes? guess I'll be finding out.
