Treat yourself or someone you love with this gift of comforting warmth. Simply heat the inserts in your microwave and place them into the zippered pockets of the wrist warmers. Then slip them on and savor the therapeutic warmth and refreshing eucalyptus scent. Hot therapy helps provide temporary relief from muscle and joint pain. One size fits most.

I have constant wrist and thumb pain in the colder months, in addition to raynauds syndrom. These wrist warmers fit the bill perfectly. Warm and comfortable

No, I would not buy this product again.

I bought two pair of the wrist warmers, one pair for my sister with Rheumatoid Arthritis and the other for me with Osteo Arthritis. I found inserting two small heated pads into each side of the narrow mitts to be awkward and time-consuming, especially for someone with arthritis in the hands. Also, once the heated pads were finally in place, they retained the heat for a very short period of time. I will be returning them.
Great for tired, cold, sore wrists and hands.

These are great at the end of a long day when my wrist and hands are tired or sore, Especially during the bitter cold. I can peek my fingertips out of them just enough to drink a hot beverage or turn the pages on a book. They smell lovely.
Quick to warm up and very soft

Like a warm hug

The wrist warmers don't weigh much at all, so are easy to wear anytime. I haven't yet heated them in the microwave but they give warm comfort simply by gently wrapping the wrist and hand with light pressure.
Awesome hand warmers
Beautiful gift from my daughter. Very helpful on these subzero days for my arthritic hands and wrists. Feel wonderful even before heating but heavenly after. They stay warm for a long time too.
