The size of this wrap makes it easy to use anywhere on the body. The cooling gel insert is a bonus. Just add a lavender candle and the gift is perfect.

I struggle with lower back pain and heat is the only thing that helps. I tried various methods to keep heated pads to stay on my back. This wrap is great and really stays on my back right where I need the heat.
Great gift idea!!!!
