Bring your garden up to a whole new level! Our 2' x 8' elevated raised bed is easy to plant, tend and harvest without kneeling or bending. Plus, it offers creative landscaping opportunities. Set up one or more of these rectangular elevated beds around the edge of your patio to add privacy, or arrange several along a perimeter to create a garden "room". Like our other cedar raised beds, the sides are held in place with our sleek and sturdy aluminum corners. There's a false floor made of cedar slats, set 10" down from the top so there's plenty of root space for vegetables and flowers. Excess water drains through slats; vents in the sides allow air to circulate and excess moisture to evaporate.

Comments about Elevated Cedar Raised Beds:
This planter makes it easy for me to continue gardening and it is a beautiful addition to my patio. I have had two knee replacements and couldn't get on my knees to garden, but now thanks to this cedar planter I can have not only a large vegetable garden but it is a joy to garden again.

I'm going to place the planter on my cedar deck. My wife who is handicapped is a avid gardener but can no longer get out in our lawn to garden. Te raised bed planter will allow her easy access to resume gardening.
I will be purchasing more of these

I purchased this for my mother and myself - as Mom is getting older, I really didn't want her to have to bend over too much or too far - this is a wonderful raised bed for her to do gardening with me.
These raised garden beds are beautiful. They are very strong and go together easily. I love the height and the look of them. I'm sure I'll have many years of use out of them.
No more bending over to garden!
This is a great-looking raised bed. We've just assembled it, and haven't yet used it, but it seems sturdy, has a good drainage system, and since it's cedar will likely weather well. It comes partially assembled, which is great. The remaining assembly was easy with one exception. The cedar sides and end pieces are held together by a long piece of steel, with channels the width of the cedar planks. These steel pieces were dented (possibly during shipping). We had to use a hammer to pry open the channels before we could tap in the cedar pieces.

About Me Master Gardener
I used to have an enormous vegetable garden in addition to a number of flower beds. With age I have found it very difficult to deal with hot, muggy weather and had to let the work involved with growing vegetables go. I miss the organic vegetables however and finally decided to give this raised bed a try. It is a recent acquisition so I am not really able to judge it. It is certainly easy to access. Having acquired it so late in the season I only have a few pepper and tomato plants but I did put in three short rows of green beans. Everything is growing beautifully and so far I am extremely pleased.

About Me Getting Started
While I haven't planted this bed yet it looks like it will serve my purpose very well. It looks nice and part of it's purpose is to block a view of a neighbor's untended (weedy) property.
Love it!!! Would love another ;-)
My first raised garden bed! Where have you been all my life ;-)
Perfect for decks
By CR Gardener
We put these along the railings on our terrace, and planted wildflowers in them. Perfect way to garden on the deck without buying tons of pots.
Beautiful and useful

The assembly is mostly easy, but the screws in the end pieces make things a bit frustrating. The design in this area could be improved.
