A consistent supply of water is vital to a healthy and productive garden. With our new Aquacorner Soaker System you can quickly and easily create a self-watering raised bed that makes it easy to keep plants properly hydrated. The key is our innovative Aquacorner, with built-in internal plumbing and a spigot that lets you control water flow to the 25' of water-conserving soaker hose. Each system also includes three regular Raised Bed Corners; just slide your own standard milled treated or untreated lumber into the corners and secure with the screws provided. After planting the bed, arrange the soaker hose around plants and attach your garden hose to the brass fitting at the base of the Aquacorner. You're ready to water — no more setting up sprinklers or standing around with a hose! Choice of four heights: 6", 8", 10" and 12".

Like legos for adults!

Comments about : Aquacorner™ Raised Bed Soaker System, 6" Corners:
I recently bought a lovely cedar keyhole garden from gardeners supply, but I wanted to add a spigot to one corner. I'm extra lazy and always forget to water my garden. This spigot makes it easy! One note - if you ware linking this spigot corner on top of the other raised bed corners available on this site -they don't line up- The open tracks on the side of this spigot corner are about an inch wider than the other raised bed corners. It screwed together just fine though, and all I did was put a tiny piece of scrap wood in the gap.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

We absolutely love our Aquacorner - they made building the bed a breeze and watering a cinch! I couldn't be more pleased.

Love this product, but had to wait over four weeks for shipping since it was back ordered. Garden Supply never contacted me to tell me that the back ordered date kept getting pushed out (I had to log into my account and look at the order status.) That was frustrating since the window of time to plant some things passed, so keep this in mind if you want to order these corners - order way in advance of when you think you will need it. I did email the company and they refunded me the express shipping fee I paid. BTW - I ended up not using the black soaker hose that came with this package because it was not long enough and too thick to twine around all my plants. I ended up buying an adapter for the upper hose mouth and connected a small drip line that I was able to twist around all my plants. The base of the soaker corner is connected to our sprinkler system so the bed automatically gets watered on a scheduled. Works like a charm.
Bottom hose coupling broke off
By Veganic Gardener

We put in an 10" aqua corner last summer on a new raise bed frame. However, there was no way to cover the hose connectors over the winter, so we connected an old short piece of hose to the top and bottom couplings to keep out the dirt and insects. This spring, when we went to check on the beds, we discovered that the rotating part of the bottom coupling had broken off the corner -- and we had an ant colony living in the hose, just what we were trying to prevent! But we didn't like the aqua corner after using it one season: the angle of the faucet outlet pointed up and on a diagonal at the corner, so the soaker hose did not contact the bed surface for quite a ways and didn't run where we wanted it to go. Customer service was very pleasant and courteous, and offered to send us whatever replacement corner connector we wanted. so we asked for a non-aqua corner connector. We've had no other problems with corner or in-line connectors for up to 5 years.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Waste of time and effort. Back ordered, now wrong size sent.
from Westborough MA.
The product is poorly listed as a "10 inch height". Reality is only 9 3/8 thus somewhat short. Does not fit standard lumber sizes and requires much additional work. A portion of the original order is now back order into July, a worthless soaker hose which they should simply delete and not sell. The deceptive size claim should be corrected and clearly stated on the web site. Duh.... The customer service at Gardeners Supply needs to fully realize the time lost (weeks) and clear lack of competence after three calls. Half of a incorrect and deceptive size claim was shipped with the other half several days later. No big deal but clearly state this on the shipping paperwork. Now need to return the lot and reorder the correct size. What a waste and has cost two weeks of a growing season.

Forces you to buy equipment you may not need
By Grey mom

For years GS sold the aqua corners individually. Now the only way you can get them is to buy a whole kit. For those of us who have already purchased the aqua corners, should they wear out or fail, we have no reasonably priced replacement option. If customers have other means of irrigation, they don't need the hose. An expensive kit should not be the only way you can build raised beds. The problem with the hose back order is another example of why "kit only" concept is a bad idea. This is NOT the "Vermont Way." Is something happening to company values here.

I'm 54 years old and I was able to assemble the raised bed using the corners and hardware provided. It is very good quality and looks fantastic. The aqua corners make watering a breeze.

We both love this product!
By Mokehill Marsha

My husband helped me put my raised beds together. He was very impressed with the quality of the corners and how the water would be delivered to the bed. He mentioned to me that the wood sides would need to be replaced long before the corners wear out. We used redwood and sealed the wood with the eatable sealer. My tomatoes are looking good!!
Sweet and Simple

The corners made it very easy to create a raised bed. The integrated watering system helps to keep things tidy and the water in the bed - instead of over the side......
