You don’t need a ton of space to grow huge harvests! Our best-selling Elevated Planter Box provides a phenomenal 16 square feet of growing space in a 2’ x 8’ footprint that fits comfortably along the edge of a deck or patio. At 29" high, it's also the perfect height for no-bend gardening, so you can grow and tend more comfortably. With a 10" planting depth, you can grow generous harvests of veggies, fruits, flowers, and herbs!
Like our other Vermont-made raised beds, the sides are held in place with our rust-proof, industrial-strength Lifetime aluminum corners—and in winter 2025, we added a pair of center legs for extra strength. The slatted base allows excess water to drain through.
For best results, we recommend filling with 18 bags of our premium potting mixes:
- Cedar, Powder-coated aluminum corners
- 94" L x 24" W x 29" H
- Planting depth: 10"
- Soil capacity: 360 quarts (12 cubic feet) of potting mix
- Note: Planter boxes cannot hold regular garden soil, topsoil, sand, clay, or rocks. Please use potting mix only.
- Assembly required
