Will Raap

Will Raap founded Gardener’s Supply Company in 1983 with a vision that the business could be a positive force for change. A passionate environmentalist and advocate of local, organic food movements, he also established the Intervale Center — a non-profit that has helped restore 350 acres of neglected farmland to production. Will’s passion for reinvigorating local, sustainable food systems has also led to the development of additional organizations throughout Vermont and Costa Rica.
