Inventory Control Specialist - Lebanon, NH

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the movement of goods into and out of store databases and for ensuring accurate and timely inventory on hand and value. This role also supports some store department leads with the preparation of orders through sku assignment and purchase order creation. Our ideal candidate will have 2 yrs inventory control, receiving or accounting experience; 2 years of POS experience; strong knowledge of MS applications specifically Excel; and working knowledge of inventory management processes preferred. Receiving Specialist - Lebanon, NH

The Receiving Specialist (RS) is responsible for the efficient and accurate flow of inbound product from arrival of delivery truck through to the sales floor. The RS will have a significant impact on the customer experience by partnering with department peers to ensure an efficient flow of merchandise to the appropriate selling space in a timely manner and ensuring accurate on-hand inventory in the operating system. Effective organization and efficiency of the stockroom, seasonal task prioritization as well as leading seasonal Inventory associates in the receiving process including both live goods and hard goods are also key responsibilities. Nursery & Perennials Lead - Lebanon, NH

Nursery & Perennials Lead (NPL): The NPL will supervise the day to day operations of the Nursery and Perennials departments with primary responsibility for delivering excellent service, compelling merchandising execution, maintaining plant health, efficient operations and interdepartmental communication and partnerships. The NPL plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by effectively partnering with the buying team to ensure adequate and appropriate stock to meet customer demand. Additionally, the NPL further increases productivity and profitability by following through with accurate receiving protocols, reducing inventory mortality through effective watering schedules, fertilization and disease and pest control. Garden Center Supervisor - Hadley, MA

The primary responsibility of the Garden Center Supervisor (GCS) is to ensure an exceptional and unique experience for our customers with quality service, merchandising and ambiance. Additionally, the GCS serves as the Lead Merchandiser, and is responsible for creating hard goods displays and departmental themes inside the store that are attractive, creative, inspire our customers and convert them from browsers to purchasers. The GCS will increase sales by maintaining a deep knowledge of the retail hard good and conservatory products developing sales strategies, and ensuring that sales teams are fully trained and executing these strategies to meet sales goals. Seasonal Delivery & Installation Foreman - Williston, VT,

The primary responsibility of the D & I Foreman is to increase sales of goods and services by ensuring that deliveries and installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. The D & I Foreman will primarily work in the field ensuring a productive and safe environment for all D & I Associates both on site and off site through effective training and oversight. At the beginning and end of every workday the D & I Foreman will review the daily tasks and priorities set forth by the Services Coordinator, Drivers, Installers, and Gardeners to ensure that effective communication occurs, tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and customers receive the best possible customer service.  To apply or for more information click here.
