Inventory Control Specialist - Lebanon, NH

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for the movement of goods into and out of store databases and for ensuring accurate and timely inventory on hand and value. This role also supports some store department leads with the preparation of orders through sku assignment and purchase order creation. Our ideal candidate will have 2 yrs inventory control, receiving or accounting experience; 2 years of POS experience; strong knowledge of MS applications specifically Excel; and working knowledge of inventory management processes preferred. Nursery & Perennials Lead - Lebanon, NH

Nursery & Perennials Lead (NPL): The NPL will supervise the day to day operations of the Nursery and Perennials departments with primary responsibility for delivering excellent service, compelling merchandising execution, maintaining plant health, efficient operations and interdepartmental communication and partnerships. The NPL plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by effectively partnering with the buying team to ensure adequate and appropriate stock to meet customer demand. Additionally, the NPL further increases productivity and profitability by following through with accurate receiving protocols, reducing inventory mortality through effective watering schedules, fertilization and disease and pest control. Receiving Specialist - Williston, VT

The primary responsibility of the Hard Goods Receiving Specialist is to ensure efficient and accurate flow of inbound product from arrival of delivery truck through to the sales floor. The Hard Goods receiver will have a significant impact on the customer experience by ensuring an efficient flow of merchandise to the appropriate selling space in a timely manner and ensuring accurate on-hand inventory in the operating system. As a stockroom, fulfillment and inventory specialist, the Hard Goods Receiver will ensure that products are easily accessible, visually appealing, constantly available, properly distributed, and safely packaged. The Hard Goods Receiver is also responsible for the accurate and timely documentation (in partnership with buying team) of inventory transactions including receiving, transfers and returns. The Hard Goods receiver provides support to the restocker as well as seasonal receiving staff, working interdependently with all members of the inventory team to achieve collective goals. Operations Supervisor - Williston, VT

The Operations Supervisor (OS) supervises multiple workstreams at the garden center including Inventory, Yard Operations and Facilities. Primary responsibilities include ensuring efficient inventory flow and accuracy meet company standards, our facility and grounds are maintained and present an inspiring experience for our customers, and our internal service and operational logistics fully support the broader team’s success. All Supervisors are actively engaged in the daily operations of their departments, ensuring that all staff are efficiently and effectively accomplishing their tasks. It is the expectation that Supervisors will spend approximately 70% of their time working side-by-side with their team, and 30% of their time in management duties. General Manager - Williston, VT

The Williston General Manager (GM) has responsibility for all operations at our Williston facility. As the flagship store for the Gardener’s Supply brand, the store serves as both a site for retail and wholesale commerce as well as an inventory liquidation vehicle for AGR through the Outlet department. Located at the center of VT’s largest and most concentrated retail shopping area, the Williston Garden Center also reflects the local/tangible face of our company and its employee-owners. The SM will ensure a dynamic and unique experience for our customers with exceptional service, merchandising and ambiance. As part of the leadership team for the retail division, the SM will participate in strategic planning sessions and assist the retail operations team in setting the strategic direction for the retail division. Commercial Sale Lead - Williston, VT

The primary responsibility of the Commercial Sales Lead is to increase sales of commercial goods and services by maintaining a deep knowledge of the products and working with the Commercial Sales Supervisor to implement sales strategies to meet sales goals. The Commercial Sales Lead is responsible for directing and supporting all commercial associates, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and overall exceptional customer service, making certain staff are consistently available to effectively engage, direct and assist customers. They will focus on the development of strong individual relationships with commercial clients by ensuring courteous and professional customer service, providing advice and education, punctually returning phone calls, and attending to all customer requests. Yard Foreman - Williston, VT

The primary responsibility of the Yard Foreman is to ensure a productive, safe and service oriented loading/unloading area at all times. The Yard Foreman contributes significantly to a positive customer experience by minimizing wait time for all internal and external customers. The Yard Foreman partners with the Operations Lead to properly, effectively and efficiently receive and place B&B nursery stock, load retail and commercial customers and provide exceptional internal service to all departments.  The Yard Foreman is also responsible for the accurate and timely documentation (in partnership with buying team) of bulk hard goods inventory transactions including receiving, transfers and returns.  To apply or for more information click here.

Seasonal Delivery & Installation Foreman - Williston, VT,

The primary responsibility of the D & I Foreman is to increase sales of goods and services by ensuring that deliveries and installations are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally. The D & I Foreman will primarily work in the field ensuring a productive and safe environment for all D & I Associates both on site and off site through effective training and oversight. At the beginning and end of every workday the D & I Foreman will review the daily tasks and priorities set forth by the Services Coordinator, Drivers, Installers, and Gardeners to ensure that effective communication occurs, tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, and customers receive the best possible customer service.  To apply or for more information click here.
