Dear Gardening Friends,

During this time of disruption, our gardens are a place of sustenance, security, and solace. At Gardener’s Supply Company, we are committed to doing everything we can to help you keep gardening and have your best garden ever.
We're open for business, online at and at our four garden centers.
The health of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are practicing a regular regimen of disinfection following CDC guidelines throughout our garden centers, distribution center, and factory. You can order online, or ask any gardening questions, anytime at We're also available during extended business hours — via chat at, or by phone toll-free at 888-833-1412. If you call you will reach our voice mail, so please leave a message as instructed and we will call you back as soon as possible.
Our nurseries and outdoor greenhouses are open to the public! We know you’re excited to get back into the garden and we’re here to help. We've added a few rules for everyone's safety:
  • Customer limits have been set within stores
  • Face coverings are required
  • Social distancing is required and we will limit the number of customers in certain areas
  • We ask that you leave children and animals at home
  • Do not visit us if you're sick
  • Please do not shop in groups
  • Remain positive and remember why we garden
  • Credit Card payments only
  • At risk customers can shop with us via curbside pick-up
Although we've had to suspend in-person gardening seminars, our website is loaded with great gardening videos and how-tos. And an expert gardener is always only an email away!
Things are changing quickly. Please be sure to visit us at, on our social media channels, or call for the latest updates on our operations. You can also email your non-urgent questions to us at We will reply as soon as possible.
On behalf of the employee-owners of Gardener’s Supply Company, we appreciate your support. Rest assured we are doing everything we can to stay open and support your gardening.
Audrey Hepburn famously said, "to plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow." So let's keep planting and believing.
