The Wildwood Field Vest is styled for cozy comfort, rugged reliability and ease of movement while reaching and bending. It will become your favorite outerwear when there’s a bit of chill in the air but you don't want the bulkiness of a full jacket. The stain-resistant, thorn-resistant canvas is tough but not stiff, and the petal-soft fleece lining in all the right places keeps you warm without bulk. Longer in back for coverage and generous armholes for non-binding comfort as you work, play and relax. Loads of other smart features, too.

I like the color and features of the vest.

the only thing I wish is I had ordered a larger size so that I could wear it more comfortably in winter in CA with long sleeve tee or sweatshirt. still works but a little tight.

Great for Cool Climates
By Color gardener
from Cold Spring MN
I am so over outerwear in drab colors --- Brown, black and grey are everywhere! In a cold climate like Minnesota, where we are wearing some sort of outerwear for most of the year, I was instantly attracted by the nice color. You can obviously wear it as the sole piece of outerwear in fall and spring and it's also slender fitting enough that you could wear it under a long sleeve jacket in really cold weather. The medium fits my 5'6", 130 pound frame nicely.
Very nice garment
By SC Prof

It is too warm to wear now in SC, but this vest will be ideal in cooler weather to wear in the garden, during other outdoor activities, or just for casual wear. I really like the deep pockets for carrying my phone, small garden tools, or other items. The vest looks like it is very well made and durable.
"Tight" through the shoulders
By "Goof" AKA "Rose"
from Fortuna, CA
I always need extra "layers" for working in the garden. I love the pockets and the lining.I DON'T like that it feels too small through the shoulders and that the "neck" feels too high and restrictive. I may have returned this vest, if I had paid full price for it. Since it was a "clearance" item, I feel like it was a great value!

Flattering, feminine cut. Fit is on the 'small' side of 'medium.' Love the pockets.
I wear this vest when I'm out walking and hiking. Adds an extra layer of warmth. Love the pockets. It's on the 'small' side of 'medium' but that works fine for me. I already owned a 'small' men's vest, but it's too large and has a boxy cut. I like the more feminine cut of this vest.
