As your perennial garden evolves, it can be hard to remember which plant is which. These durable markers record variety names and planting dates, and keep you from digging up plants by mistake. Slim and unobtrusive, they virtually disappear in the foliage yet there's plenty of room to write on the nameplate. We recommend our permanent Paint Marker, sold separately.

Comments about Vertical Markers, Set of 25:
Labeling daffodils, peonies or any plant that you would like to identify
Great Item

This product looks great in my gardens. It is easy to write on and is durable. The only thing is I wish the writing space was a bit longer or wider, I seem to run out of room to write names that may be a bit longer.

Great Markers

I really like these markers as they will hold up in the heat or cold. I have used them to mark where my bulbs are planted. I would definitely recommend a different pen to write with as the one that is recommended at Gardeners has too broad a point and makes for messy printing. The markers themselves are working out great.

Purchased these along with the copper plant markers for friends who are avid gardeners. I know from past experience that these are sturdy, long-term garden markers
The Vertical Plant Markers are Unobtrusive and Attractive
By Day Lily

I had previously used the markers that had a wider top. I really liked them, but the design was cumbersome. they were hard to write on, and difficult to adjust the label.I can't find anything I don't like about this design. It looks really attractive in my garden, it is visible, and it takes up minimum space. I will eventually replace all of my markers.I use them to mark my perennials. I mark my special white day lilies, cardinal flowers, new plants, flood root, and anything else that I need to identify. I have a huge garden, and these make it easy to keep track of my plants.

Tired of guessing if emerging spring plant is my plant or a weed so marked all my plants that die back completely. Hopefully won't find myself pulling my astilbe so as they emerge!
These work

What I like about this product is that when you write the name of the plant and date planted it stays! I have some that have been in my flower gardens 10 years and still have the plant name and date they were planted!
