Grow the freshest food anywhere, even in the tightest spaces! Transform an unproductive space along a wall or driveway into a luscious and productive garden, convenient for snipping herbs or picking a fresh tomato on your way to the kitchen. Knee-high, so it’s easier to tend than an in-ground garden, with fewer pests and weeds. Deeper in back for large plants like tomatoes, shallower in front for smaller plants like greens and herbs, or cascading vegetables and flowers. Solid wood, with sturdy joints and a food-safe finish. A liner keeps soil contained while letting excess water drain.

Perfect patio kitchen garden
from Rio Rancho, NM
This is my second one of this size. I liked the first so much that found a place for a second in my limited yard space. Makes having a planting rotation of salad greens, cilantro, radishes super easy. Has allowed me to experiment with several "exotic" bush style veggies that need minimal space. Just love this!

I love this product. It was easy to assemble, it looks sharp on my deck, it protects my herbs & veggies from the deer population. Perfection!
Great idea and a good space saving planter
Easy to put together. The correct space and height for my herb garden. Keeps the animals from getting into the garden. Good color match for my deck and easy to water.

Let the herbs grow!

Bought this as a Mothers Day Gift for my wife. We recently downsized and she desperately needed a place to grow herbs. She is an excellent cook and I am the beneficiary of many great meals. So it was in my best interest to make sure the herbs had a place to thrive. The Veg Trug did it. Easy to assemble. thanks for carrying such a great product. TGH.

VegTrug looks great.

I just set up my VegTrug today. It was fairly easy to assemble but it would have been easier if there were pre-drilled guide holes for the screws.Otherwise, it's attractive and looks great on my deck. I already have tomatoes, herbs, and lettuce planted. Very practical for people who do not have a yard for a vegetable garden.

Vegtrug is a good option for my deck

I planted some herbs and a few romane lettuce plants in May. Hopefully we'll harvest soon.

I was able to put it together myself, wow! Have two baby squash plants in there now. Seems to need a lot of watering; the plants wilt easily.

Great Use in Small Spaces
from Southeastern GA
I found the Trough VegTrug easy to assemble on my own. It fit perfectly along an unused side of my small hobby greenhouse. It's very heavy and hard to move once filled with soil. I recommend that you are happy with placement before filling it. I bought the Trough VegTrug to grow veggies during the colder winter months, and it's working our nicely. I am planning on using it as a nursery bed for my seedlings this spring.
