Comments about Transplant Mix, 30 Qts.:
Perfect next step bare root for seedlings started on the light tray in Gardener's Supply Germination mix or peat pots. They thrive in the light tray and after transplanting to the garden.

After starting seeds in spring, transplant into pots to be planted into the garden.
good quality transplant mix
This is a nice lightweight transplant mix that I've used often and it does very well when transplanting seedlings or larger plants.

I have used transplant mix for many years for transplanting seedlings to containers kept under lights until ready to plant outside. I also use it for African Violets and other houseplants which require a light soil mix, sometimes mixing it with other firmer soil mixes.

Don't waste your money
from Concord, NC
I will be looking for a different transplant mix after this year. I have been using your Transplant mix for years and every year, the quality just keeps getting worse with more sticks, twigs, large clumps of peat, stones. I have to spend more and more time picking these out as they will damage my seedlings. It's now just a very expensive potting mix that I won't continue to pay for.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Getting Started
I used this product to plant my original seeds then added more when I transplanted my vegetable plants to a my larger containers I purchased from Gardeners. Then after I transplanted them outside, I added a fine layer of this on top and my new plants are thriving. Recommend highly!!!

Follow directions that are given and the results will be as expected. One of the best products I have used. A little pricey but the results are worth the additional cost. Would recommend to anyone wanting to transplant seedlings before hardening off and moving to garden.

I like the fact that it doesn't take much water to mix with it. I don't like the bigger sticks in it.
Always use for transplanting

I have used the transplanting mix for years and have found it to be the best for transplanting my vegetables from my starting medium.
