Large Compost Bin and Easy to Assemble
from Haslett MI
Comments about : Thermo King 900 Compost Bin:
We are using this compost bin for our community garden and it's size is really nice. It was easy to assemble and begin to use. My only concern is that the top does not attach securely to the bin and wind can blow it off quite easily. If you have a location that is sheltered from the wind, this compost bin will work very well for you. If it is exposed to the wind, you will have to modify it to secure the top or add considerable weight to the top to keep it from blowing off.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Composting for new gardens
from west michigan lake shore
Product arrived on time, was easy to assemble and its green color makes it blend with garden decor.I do wish that the screen was available for the filtering of composted material and that the bottom panel open easier for removal of ready compost. I am very happy with its six=ze and the fact that heats quickly in the area I've placed it.

This composter seems to do pretty good job. No screws in assembly , the parts popped together but it seems pretty durable . We had this about a month and it holds a lot of compost . It also seems to cook it a little faster , probably because it's into almost entirely enclosed. In the past we've used more open composters the wood frame with wire , but this does seem to be an improvement. Time will tell about how durable the lid is raccoons have already figured it out.

Seems flimsy but the light weight makes it easy to position. Will be interesting to see how it holds up.

A big bin for serious amounts of compost...
I like the size and easy of use. The lid swings up with one hand. This is the first season so no long term data.
