Comments about : Brackets for the 6" Teak Windowbox:
initially ordered a pair to hold a window box approximately 6 ft. Was not comfortable with only 2 for the weight. Ordered a second pair and received the size (12inch). Unfortunately the 1st pair I ordered was the wrong size. Now I have to start over again with this project along with 4 holes in my siding I don't need. 8 inch and 12 inch are obviously not the same. Guess I am not that smart. Neither is the packager at this company.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

About Me Professional Landscaper
I ordered by phone to try and assure that I would get an 8'' depth on the 8'' brackets that I ordered. They sent me 6'' depth brackets. I returned them. They sent me 6'' brackets again. I gave up.
Just what the doctor ordered!

About Me Getting Started
I have window boxes (great, self-contained, self-watering types) which I put up on existing supports a few years ago. Unfortunately, the wooden supports rotted out because sometimes Wisconsin weather is rainy for too many days in a row and the supports get WET. These supports are very solid, very strong, and the teak won't rot.
