Dress up your landscape with these elegant, self-watering planters. They are rather tall planters at 28" high, adding some drama to your patio. With clean lines and raised panel detailing, they have the look of fine woodworking. But, unlike wooden planters these are virtually maintenance free because they're made from high quality polyethylene — there's no need for annual painting or staining. With the best UV protection in the industry, these planters have a 15-year guarantee against fading. They have built-in reservoirs to supply a slow, steady supply of water to plants — just what plants need for healthy, stress-free growth.

Comments about : Fairfield Patio Planter:
While these planters are durable, the shelf inside does not stay in place and soil constantly falls to the bottom or the shelf collapses altogether under the weight of moist soil. There are no drain holes at bottom and you MUST drill them through the tough plastic. Even then, with the damp soil (that falls to the bottom due to the poor fitting shelf) the planter becomes a stinking cesspool within a month. I would never buy these again!
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Tall pot offers lift to show-of my plantings
By Fussy Buyer
from New Jersey
These lovely well designed pots sit on my small front entry to my center hall colonial. I needed to lift up the floral display yet not block the entrance with an oversized pot. This pot holds enough soil to not require daily watering. We are often gone on several day long trips and need to have our flowers remain thriving and greet us when we return. I currently have pansys in them but will alter the flora display with the season. They have only been planted for one week. My party guests were delighted with the pots and pansys greeting them at the front door on Easter weekend.
Excited! Can't wait to plant in it!
from Morrisville, New York
It's February and I am looking forward to planting! Because the color is so saturated the planters really present beautifully!
