Savor the flavor of summer year-round! Drying herbs is a simple and effective way to preserve them, and these stacking wooden racks make it easy. The stainless steel mesh bottoms promote good air circulation and they're easy to clean between uses. Because there's no electricity needed or prep work -— just cut stems and place them on the rack —- you can put up herbs a few at a time, just as they reach their peak. Also ideal for drying flowers for sachets, teas and dried arrangements. Set includes three racks; you may stack additional racks if desired. The following herbs and flowers are good choices for drying.
Herbs (leaves): bay, celery, chervil, dill, geranium, lemon balm, lemon verbena, lovage, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, summer savory, tarragon, thyme
Flowers: bee balm, chamomile, chive, dill, geranium, lavender, linden, marigold, nasturtium, rose, thyme, yarrow

I use these racks to dry herbs I only have a small quantity of. They are so easy to move from place to place, and take up very little room.

Like product; wood of frame not the qualifty I thought.
from Eagle, WI
Wood of the drying rack is not what I thought it would be. A corner piece split while putting together; it would have been nice if the holes were pre-drilled for easier assembly. I am looking forward to using it this year. I think it is a good idea and will be helpful.
