With just a few square feet in a sunny spot and a few minutes a week, you can be growing your own fresh and flavorful salads, sweet or hot peppers, edible flowers,
herbs or an abundance of colorful flowers. Our most versatile, self-watering planter features a big four-gallon water reservoir and a patented wicking system, a combination that outperforms garden-grown plants 2 to 1.

I was feeling down when I had to move had and rented a home. I always have a garden. I now can have a garden that when I move these containers can come with me. Like the ability to have them on wheels too.

Have several of these and will purchase more
from Flagstaff, AZ
Initially used them for tomatoes and had a really good harvest - self watering feature is really key in the mountains of Arizona. Will be ordering more for other plants.
Easy to assemble and works great. Especially with casters to Roll around.
Great. The system really works well

Best Planter for Patio Garden!

I started with several of these planters for tomatoes with the tomato cages then I bought extra for other vegetables. These are wonderful planters. They take the guess work out of how often to water. You just keep the bottom water chamber filled and the plants consume when and how much they need. The clear plastic cover for the water chamber has been replaced once over the years of use. I keep these on my balcony over the winter but I should cover the clear plastic cover from the sun to avoid deterioration. Not a big problem since it is an easy fix.

I like the size it is not too large and it's not too small. It will hold several vegetables. I like the fact I can have on the deck so the forest animals can't get to it and eat my food I'm growing. I think it should come with wheels as it is pretty heavy once filled with soil and plants. You aren't going to move it once filled. I would like to be able to move to be able to keep in the sunlight as the sunlight moves around the deck. Easy to assemble and easy to replace the water. It does drink the water so check it every couple of days. I gave it 4 stars because it didn't come with wheels.
Love self-watering planters
Love the self-watering planters. We have 12 of them. We bought this one for our 10-year old granddaughter who wants to start gardening. She's growing favorite herbs in it. The self-watering feature means she won't lose her plants due to a lack of watering when she's on vacation for two weeks.
