In these days of cookie-cutter furniture made with flimsy chipboard, it's refreshing to find such solid handcrafted stools as these. Made from wood that's been reclaimed from razed buildings, so no two are exactly alike. They hold up to 280 pounds and include a jute-covered MDF storage bin. Use singly or line up several along a wall to make a bench. Perfect for mudrooms — sit down to remove your boots; toss hats and scarves in the bin.

Comments about Reclaimed Wood Stool with Storage Basket:
Dog paraphernalia was all over the place. This keeps small entry way much neater.Strong seat for putting on shoes and boots. The drawer is not on a track so it sometimes takes a few times to get it closed properly.

About Me Midrange Shopper
Being only five feet tall it is hard for me to find hats, gloves, etc. that are on closet shelves. I can slam dunk all that in the drawer and retrieve them as I put on boots.Fast access and stable.

We bought this and the wall hooks to use in our mud room for workout clothes. We keep our running hats and gloves in the canvas bin, and we can sit on the stool to put our shoes on. Of course, our jackets go on the hooks. It's a perfect fit for our space - sturdy but not too large. Highly recommended! [...]

This bench was just what we were looking for! We needed a place to sit to take our shoes off, but most traditional benches were too large. This is perfect.

About Me High-end Shopper
These are great for the mudroom, for taking off boots, changing muddy shoes, etc. The storage is convenient for scarves, gloves, etc.Unfortunately, the finish shows every drop of water that touches it which is a problem since they are used in an area where drops of water, melted snow, etc., are. They need polyurethane finish.

These can be used as a stool or table. Two make a bench. They are sturdy and look great.
Really happy with them

WE put these in our mudroom and front entryway. They are so easy to set up and now I dont have everyone walking through the house to put on / take off dirty boots.
These things are the berries

We recently remodeled our master bath and removed an old sunken tub under the window. It left quite a void in there so I bought three of these things and lined them up under the window. It solved that problem and another as well. We kept our dirty laundry in the closet and that took up needed space. Now, we can store the laundry in these cabinets and my wife even sorts them by color, or whatever else she does with laundry.
Totally worth every penny
