Growing tomatoes has never been easier. Our exclusive Tomato Success Kits have helped thousands of gardeners grow big crops of healthier, tastier tomatoes. The self-watering planter has a generous, 4-gallon reservoir that provides a steady flow of moisture to plants. This eliminates the "drought and drown" cycle that stresses plants, helping your tomatoes outperform garden-grown plants by 30% or more. The kit includes a two-part stacking tomato cage and 40 quarts of our exclusive Organic Self-Watering Potting Mix with Super Root Booster. Specially formulated for self-watering containers, it offers superior wicking action to ensure plants get the water they need to thrive. SuperRoot Booster with MycoActive® Technology creates the living soil mix that plants need to thrive. The secret? Mycorrhizae, amazing microbes that form a partnership with roots to support vigorous and resilient plant growth. The kit also includes 1 lb. of our Organic Tomato Fertilizer, a 5-6-5 slow-release fertilizer that ensures an abundant harvest of delicious tomatoes (contains peanut meal).
Easy to use, but overpriced
Quality product. Great directions. Complete kit for successful tomato production. The attachable cages and wheels are a great improvement over previous product offerings.
The plants grew really well and created a nice screen on the side of the patio. I had a lot of blossom rot. There was a discrepancy between the tomato fertilizer canister and insert in the planter. I went ahead and used the whole canister, mistake. This year I will cut back on the fertilizer if I use any. Full expect a bumper crop.
Bought one of these kits for the 2015 season. Only mistake was to install two plants in the box. Both plants completely woven together, but I did get a lot of tomatoes. Bought another kit for the 2016 season. Learned my lesson; one plant per kit. Last year, both my neighbor and my brother had me order kits for them; both pleased with the results.
I would have given five stars except for a disappointing interaction with Customer Service. First year, my plants started to develop blossom end rot, so I ordered the calcium spray from Gardeners. Rather than spray the leaves, I added the liquid to the water reservoir, figuring that it would be easier for the plants to absorb. I sent an e-mail to Customer Service explaining what I was doing, and asked if there was anything wrong with this approach. The only response was a pdf copy of the label on the spray bottle. The "expert" obviously didn't care.

We moved from Ohio to upstate South Carolina and were told our tomatoes would not be as good as those in Ohio. We heard about the Organic tomato success kit and tried it along with the soil provided. With the root watering system we were able to be gone for several weeks and when we returned we had amazing tomatoes for several months. We liked it so much we bought one for our friends who have not had luck growing tomatoes.
I bought 2 of these kits this year with the cages and wheels. My tomato plants grew taller and are producing more tomatoes than ever. With the water reservoir, I didn't have to water them as frequently and the wheels make it very easy to move the containers around on my deck. I will be buying more next year.
Better than your NEW REVOLUTION which has a few BAD DESIGN!
Provides everything that you need in one box!
I have 5 of these. I use them on my patio with the wheels and they easily roll around. I have used them for the last 4 years and the results are awesome. Last year I was still harvesting peppers and tomatos in late September. Friends have purchased them after seeing mine.
We live in a hotel that we run and cook for our guests every morning. We had no place to grow tomatoes or any other vegetables and this gave us the best vehicle for growing scrumptious tomatoes for us and our guests.
