By elevating cantaloupes, honeydews, small watermelons and squash up off the ground, these ingenious cradles allow air to circulate, promoting even ripening and minimizing rot. If you've been disappointed by misshapen melons and squash, or fruits that rot before they ripen, these cradles are for you! Long-lasting and reusable, the cradles nest for compact off-season storage.

These cradles have been wonderful in saving our little pumpkins. So glad we purchased them for our garden.
Love these craddles

Love these cradles. So easy to use and the keep the squash up off the ground, away from bugs and air circulates all around. I have three sets and use them for melons and squash.
Keeps the bugs from feasting on the bottom of my melons!
from Fairview, TX
Since raising the melons off the ground, the bugs have not been feeding on the bottom of my melons. The shape is better for cantelopes and honeydews than for watermelons.

Never knew that this existed and decided to try melons in the garden this year. The only melons that had brown spots were the ones that didn't end up on one of these lovely little cradles. Will definitely buy more for next year.
I plan to purchase more for myself and my sister-in-law.

I used the cradles for watermelons, squash and sugar pie pumpkins. 2017 here in Vestal, NY was one of the wettest years on record. The cradles kept the fruit off the ground and protected them from rot and slugs. Love, love love them!
I would probably buy this product again.

I have these under the icebox watermelons. We are having a very cool wet summer in northern WI. and these are doing a great job holding the melons up off the wet ground.
I would buy this product again.
We are having a cold wet year here, and these are placed under my icebox watermelon to keep them off the ground and safe from rotting. Seem to work very well.
Worked nicely for my small pumpkins/gourds
from Springfield, MA
I have not grown pumpkins before, but had lots of sprouts from the small pumpkins I tossed in the garden at the end of the season last year so I grew a few of them. All of my little pumpkins grew just fine with no rotting on the bottoms. My plants did not do well due to some stem disease and/or powdery mildew so I had to pick the pumpkins earlier than I probably would have normally, so I can only speak on up til that point. They were easy to put in the soil, a little more difficult in the regular ground outside my garden bed, but nothing too strenuous.
