This year¹s most unusual new amaryllis is a lovely pale yellow, and available only from Gardener’s Supply. Exquisite flowers bloom atop two to three 10"-12" stems, bringing a ray of sunshine to the short winter days. This rare, petite, yellow-flowering amaryllis is the perfect gift for the gardener who has everything — and everyone else on your list, too! It comes planted in a 5-1/2" diameter, textured clay pot. Quantities of this special variety are limited; we recommend ordering early.

Great service and quality.

The Honeybees are shooting up too early, though kept in the dark. I wanted to give them as Christmas gifts, but they'll be done by then. They'll be a pretty color, and the size is cute . . . just wish they weren't so overeager!

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Not what I erxpected

The amaryllis is not quite what I expected, although it is blooming and has the 5 blossoms instead of 3. Expected the blooms to be larger and the color brighter yellow.

I thought this was going to look like the picture but I was disappointed in the size of the blooms.

It is a soft yellow with a green center. It is just opening for the first time for me. I hope I can keep this bulb going for next year.

Not worth the price
By Marge the Gardener

I collect amaryllises and usually don't spend $40 for one. I am very disappointed that so far, I have only had one stem with 4 small flowers. Most of the amaryllis I grow give me at least two stems of flowers and they were 1/2 the price! In addition, the flowers only lasted a day or two. The pot is not very large and with no drainage holes, you risk drowning the roots so don't overwater.
Honeybee Amaryllis, Potted
It is a beautiful flower. But little black flies started to appear on the soil and flying around the room. i had to spray soil with dish soap mixed with water.
Have 3 stocks
It is in my kitchen and brightens the whole area with its gold color now that it has begun to bloom
