Wonderful little vase
from Toledo, WA
This is a very well put together item. The vase is made well and the frame is heavy enough to not tip over.
Grest as a gift even to self!

About Me Budget Shopper
I use these little jewels for rooting and cut flowers!

This item was better than I expected. It even got a positive comment from my husband! It's the perfect size to sit on my kitchen windowsill and the color is lovely.
Attractive, rustic looking vase
By Northville Mom
The black metal frame looks and feels heavier than I expected, making the vase sturdier and more rustic looking. This works well for where I will use it.
from Northville, MI
The black metal frame that holds the glass vase is both heavier looking and more substantial than I expected. That makes it more stable and more rustic looking, which works well for where I use it.
Wonderful color - could use a wider range
from Manchester NH
Vibrantly colored glass rooting vase, which seems to be suspended in midair. Great design! Quality materials. I bought myself one of these last Christmas and my daughter-in-law liked it so much that this was a purchase for her.
OK, but not worth the money
from New Jersey
I didn't read the description of these carefully enough. They looked at first glance to be a colored glass center to a clear outside. They are actually colored vases hanging in an iron surround. I thought that they were too expensive, and could only imagine how easy it would be to know the vases out of the holders -- my cleaning ladies would have had them all over the floor. Despite putting them in the sunniest window I found the colors to be too dark with the light showing through. I'm not sure how much light would get in if you used them for rooting. I plan to return all three.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Half-moon rooting vase
By Grandma Jackie
from Scottsdale, AZ
During the year, I go to many birthday luncheons for my friends. We always bring a gift that is not too expensive, practical, and easy to carry. All my friends like plant cuttings. To make the rooting vase attractive, I always add start an unusual plant in their vase. This also makes for good conversation. In order to carry the vase with water and plant, I open the packing box at the top to secure them.
