An easy and striking way to grow a garden on any wall, inside or outdoors! Decorate your living room wall with a pretty mosaic of sedum plants, or grow basil and dill on a kitchen wall. Outdoors, install the Green Wall planter near your front door or on your garden shed and fill it with a combination of compact seasonal annuals for a unique splash of color. The planter has nine individual planting pockets that are perfect for growing herbs, greens, sedum and other compact plants. A convenient, built-in watering system lets you add water via a port in the top — there’s no need to remove the planter from the wall to water. Display in multiples for an even more dramatic display. Also suitable for use on a tabletop.

how to plant and water outside vs inside
they are great for outdoors....inside only for a visit...then out again.it takes 8-12 weeks for plants to grow into the space, leave it flat during this time gives a better outcome.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I did a lot of research and liked this one best. The watering hole is very helpful. It also has felt to help keep the soil in place. There is still a little soil that fell out as it settled a bit, but not much. There is a template to help get the screws in the right spot, which was also a helpful tool. We added a piece of moulding at the bottom to take the weight off of the 2 screws, but I think it would have been fine with just the 2 screws.

It was a bit tricky to plant ( I did two at the same time) but very satisfying when done. I haven't hung them yet,as they are getting acclimated before they get hung up. One will be a gift for my daughter and the other is for myself. I will need help in hanging it properly, as it's heavy, but it'll be very pretty when hung!
