Gather raked leaves in half the time with these extra large "hand extenders." Molded from lightweight, high quality polypropylene, they fit any size hand comfortably, letting you quickly pick up grass clippings, leaves and piles of weeds. A safe way to feed leaf shredders, too.

Comments about : Giant Hands Leaf Collector:
These are great for leaves and other trash. I like the fact that they actually extend my reach so much keeping me from having to bend too much.

These are longer than the round leaf scoops so you don't need to bend so far towards the ground to pick up leaves and debris. They appear to be sturdy but time will tell. I only used them once. I would like to see them in a bright yellow or other bright color so they're easier to spot if you leave them on the ground.
Helpful tool for leaf removal
from Catonsville, MD
This is a must for leaf removal. We live in a forest and have so many leaves and this really helps! The only thing are the plastic pieces that come up over your wrist. There was an earlier version of the sam Giant Hands that was much better as it didn't have the plastic piece that came up over your wrist. This plastic piece rubbed against my arm right above my wrist causing bruising. I'm thinking of cutting that piece off. But, this is an efficient tool just be careful how you hold it.

I love these Giant Hands. I have never had anything to work with like them. They do such a good job.

Small woman? Do not purchase unless you lift weights.
from North Plainfield, NJ
These are too large and unwieldy for a small-ish person. Small wrists? They hurt. You will need large hands and strong wrists to use them for their purpose. If you are large and strong enough, then they are fine. Men will have no problem; the size of their wrists will determine how comfortable they are to use.

I recently purchased a second set of hands

Great for scooping up leaves and grass clippings. I wish they made them better (heavier duty) because both sets cracked from light duty usage. Company was great. When I explained what happened they were quick to offer free replacements for both sets!
Good Design for Light Work
By New Gardener
This will save time when using it to collect leaves and small pruning clippings. It will not work well on picking up smaller debris nor on larger clippings. Seems most successful when using it like a rake to gather everything in a pile, and then use it to pick up batches. A bit unwieldy on your hands.
