The water in this endearing fountain flows out the frog's mouth and into the bowl, cycling through to create a pleasing soundscape. Crafted from glazed ceramic, the fountain is solar-powered so there's no wiring or extension cord needed — and no added cost to your electric bill! The solar panel is connected to the fountain with a 10' cable. This allows you to install the fountain in the shade and place the solar panel up to 10' away in direct sunlight. The low voltage pump with filter recycles water through the fountain.

Comments about : Ceramic Solar Frog Fountain:
Beautiful ceramic finish with solar energy. Sits in the middle of my garden so frogs can enjoy it. Frogs kill so many bugs this is not only a beautiful garden accessory it invites frogs to stay and eat plant-destroying pests. I love it.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Maybe I'd Buy this again
By Curly Bear
from Keaau, HI
It took a while to figure this out, but it is working now. I would not advise any one to buy this if you don't get a lot of sun. Any time the sun is shaded from the solar panel, the fountain stops working. So if you are planning to put it in shade, or you don't get a lot of sunlight, don't purchase this. The other thing you need to do is put the wire from the solar panel through the hole in the side of the vessel, and plug the hole with plumbers putty or silicon. Another thing to do is raise the back (frog side) up to keep water from leaking out. You should add water every day, and have an aquarium net to fish out any debris that falls into the vessel. Even though I live in Hawaii, I found a way to have it shipped to me ( it was expensive). I would recommend this to a friend who lives in a sunny climate. After all the flaws were over come, my wife loves it. If Mama's happy, every body is happy!!

This product is great!

Great product! Perfect for a garden that gets a lot of sun. Make sure to fill up with water frequently so the motor does not burn out.
No Sun - No Go
I love the look and sturdiness of this fountain. We've had it for one year. It has lasted no problem. It was easy to assemble. Our complaint is that solar energy is not stored, so fountain only flows when panel is in direct sunlight. If a cloud passes in front of sun, the water stops. Otherwise, the trickling sound is lovely.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love my little frog fountain!
from Central Florida
I've wanted a solar fountain for years. This has been so much fun! I wish it worked more like a solar path light...charged and then ran for a period of time. When the sun hits the panel, it works beautifully! If a cloud or something passes over the panel, it stops. Other than that, we love it! (I could put it where it got a lot of sun, but then the water would be too hot for anything that wanted a drink.

Super cute, but clogs often
from Goshen, IN
I wanted this as a restful background fountain noise and water feature. It's very cute, and I love it when it runs, which unfortunately is not often. We have temporarily removed the solar panel, as the pump kept clogging and struggling. A friend suggested putting nylons over the pump, so whenever my guy gets some free time we might try that. It's a bummer, as I really loved this idea, but it has been a very high maintenance fountain so far.

Charming teaching tool
from Bay Head NJ
Not only a sweet water feature for your garden, but a delightful way to teach young children how solar power works. Birds love it when the fountain is on and butterflies when it's off.

froggie would a wooing go
from Richmond, CA
This is adorable. I works just fine. The only problem, as I see it, is that you have to have the solar power in the sun at all times to have it work. But, I don't mind moving the solar power to see the frog fountain work.
Beauty AND Function
from Adirondack Mts, northern New York State
Ideal to place in a nook or directly into a garden bed. Adds the sound of water in your garden to draw birds (& people) to this lovely little fountain. Tuck it into a bed on the ground, among perennials ... or set it on a raised surface. Birds love it and so will you.
