For a fraction of the cost of a permanent screen door, these self-closing bug barrier screens will keep bugs out of your house all summer, and store out of the way at season’s end. Magnetic tabs sewn along the center opening close the screen after you, so it’s impossible to leave it open by mistake. Its quality is far superior to other models, with tough, fine-weave fiberglass mesh that keeps bugs out, while allowing kids, pets and cool breezes through.

Comments about : Reversible French Door Screen, 60":
I love this screen, I wish I would have bought this years ago, I have spent years putting up with flies and bugs because I was unsure. I have double French doors that open out, I have vacillated for years about buying this screen but just thought it would be one of those cheep things that wouldn't work, WOW was I wrong. I even looked into spending $800 for a retractable screen door but didn't want to spend that much. I love this thing, it fits great and works great. I really only use one side of my doors on a daily basis and the screen works well due to the offset opening. It's seals really well on the sides and I really like the excess mesh that fills in over the rod at the top to help keep the bugs out. I was concerned about the cost but now that I'm using it and can anticipate taking it down for the winter and putting it up for the next season it is well worth the cost for years to come for all the use I will get out it.

Used in a place where screen doors were not an option. Wish the length were adjustable since not all door frames are the same.
Have used these for years! Fantastic!

In California we are fortunate enough to have doors and windows open a lot of the year. We have used the French door screens for years and finally needed to replace it. The bugs stay out, fresh air comes in, the dogs can go and come as they please and winds can blow and it still closes behind them. Everyone is impressed and asks me where to get one! I don't write many reviews but this is one very useful product!

French Screen Doors Really Work

AND in addition to it's original use it keeps out the hummingbirds who would swoop in and fly up to the top of the tall windows. Thank goodness.
Doesn't open in the middle
By Just me
I didn't realize that the opening was off center, making one side smaller than the other. Tho it works I would have rathered that it was in the center. Seems good quality.
Adapting to RV
By Traveling screen
from St George
I used this screen at home for 15 years on my French Doors. When faced with a large sliding door on my new camper van, I decided to see if this screen would adapt. It does! We have a Dodge ProMaster Lexor T and the sliding door opening is nice and wide. The only adaptions I had to do were to shorten the lengths by cutting and re-sewing the bottom weights and I added a few extra hook and loops to strategic spots along the sides. Extension rod fits snugly on inside of opening so I can close the slider and leave it in place if I choose. I take it down and store it when we travel.
