Here's a handy keep-in-your-pocket tool. Snip, it's a flower shear — flip, it's a pruner that cuts branches and stems up to a half-inch in diameter. Handy for dead-heading and harvesting flowers and pruning small branches. In hard-to-lose green.

Comments about Flip and Snip:
The product is good for someone getting started with gardening. This is a waste of money. I have to flip with every single cut. The blades are sharp enough for cutting spent flowers.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

These are the pruning shears I have been looking for. They are so convenient! You can dead head flowers and cut stray branches without changing tools. I liked them so much, I gave them to my family and friends for Christmas.

Flip and snip

Easy to use and lightweight. Easly flips back and forth between blades but they can be locked closed in only one position.

Great for deadheading!!
By Farmers wife
To keep the blades from getting sticky from plant juices I wash my flip and snip and dry it well to prevent rust. At the end of the season after washing I add a few drops of oil before I put it away for the winter.

These are wonderful clippers! They are not intended for large branches, which were included on YOUR list. They are so useful and I have thoroughly enjoyed using them. Thank you for a great set of clippers!

blades stick together - very frustrating
from Wilton, CT
About Me Professional Landscaper
The product is well made considering the price. However, I basically stopped using it because the blades gets stuck together. I must constantly spray with lubricant in order to use. I get tired of having to carry around the lubricant so I end up not using the tool. So the concept is good but engineering fails. Too bad because I like tool itself if it worked.
