Turn your deck or patio into a no-fly zone with these imitation wasp nests. Research has demonstrated that wasps are territorial and avoid other nests. As this is made from paper, you need to hang it in a protected area under roof eaves or on a porch. Works for camping and picnicking too. Just hang and enjoy a wasp-free meal!
Note: If a large nest has already been built, you will need to eliminate that nest first. Hang up this fake nest to prevent a new nest from being created. Works best if put in place in early spring.

Comments about : Natural Wasp Deterrent, Set of 2:
I bought this last year and am very happy I did.. We have wasp around but I don't like to use chemicals around my house or yard. We still see the wasp around but they're just passing through. No more nest in the corners. Just remember to take them down in the fall I forgot to get mine put away and the paper on one of them tore all to pieces

About Me Gardener
I purchase this a few years ago to give it a try. I placed it in my potting table area as it was a place where wasps and yellow-jackets pestered me. Once this was hung I no longer had visitors. I purchased new ones as over time it has deteriorated.

I put 4 of these around the outside of my house. The wasp actually built a nest in one of them. No decline in wasp.

Hate Wasps in my garage.

I hang these deterrents in my garage from the garage door rail (on the ends). It does keep a majority of the wasps out of the garage, but still have a couple wander in, but can get rid of these with some spray. Improvement of the number of wasps that we had to deal with in the past. We live out in the country and always have to deal with wild critters - flying or otherwise.
I would buy this again and again

I hung this on my patio to deter the wasps that were coming on the patio and building their nests under the patio cover. I took it down only when Hurricane Harvey was coming because I did not want to risk getting it wet. So glad I did. Now that the storm has passed, I have hung it back on my patio.I also gave one to my daughter to hang at her house as they have a huge problem with wasps.
I WOULD BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN.

I have one hanging from our patio umbrella and at each opening to our barn.
It was no longer effective after a few weeks.

The wasps must have noticed that no wasps flew in and out of this "nest", learned they needn't fear it, and came back to use the bird's water dish and settle on the plants while ignoring the fake nest. I have read that crows will notice that the scarecrow never moves and is not a real person so the crows ignore it also. Animals can be much smarter than we think they are.
