Batch composting is the fastest and most efficient way to produce high quality compost, and this dual-bin tumbler makes it easy. Fill one side with kitchen scraps and yard waste, then stop adding materials and let it "cook," turning it every few days to speed up the decomposition process. In the meantime, add new scraps to the other side. When the first batch of compost is finished, remove it and repeat the process, letting the other side cook. Wheels allow you to roll the composter from the back door to the garden. Or, move it out the way when you mow.

Comments about : Dual Batch Compost Tumbler with Wheels:
This is a great composter for someone just starting out. The containers are made of durable black plastic but the sliding doors are a little stiff sliding open and closed. The wheels are not very durable though, so don't plan to move it very far.
Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Hard to open
This is such a great idea. I've had this for over a year now. It tumbles nicely, easy to move around and makes great compost if you can get the doors open. At first it was difficult to slide the doors open. Impossible with one hand. Now I can barely get them open at all. If it wasn't for the openings being so difficult to operate I would give this five stars.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

Love the dual chamber feature. Always hesitated purchasing a rotating chamber composter before, as we recycle our organic scraps consistently. But this solves that problem. Now I can feed my gardens throughout the winter.

Good product, easy to assemble, makes compost fast.

I've had many compost piles, but they took much longer to bring about usable compost. It leaks when wet so park it over area to be composted.

A great product
from Newport, NY
I love composting during the warmer months as it saves room in my usual garbage can. It's easy to place peels and scraps in the compost bucket and when it's full, I just take it out to the composter, add it, give it a spin and when it's full, move to the next bin for use. I also love the way I can move it to a covered area for the winter months.
