Just 7" high, this tabletop Lechuza® planter is perfectly sized for orchids, African violets and other small houseplants. The built-in reservoir provides a steady supply of moisture that will help your plant thrive, making it perfect for people who love houseplants but may forget to water them from time to time. Modern and sophisticated, the planter has a square top that gently tapers to a round base.
This all-in-one planter includes a specially formulated granular material, called Lechuza PON, that's made from nutrient-enriched pumice, zeolites and lava. The clean, attractive material wicks water up from the built-in reservoir, aerates the roots and provides your plant with nutrition. No additional potting mix is needed.
The built-in reservoir provides water as plants need it and lets you water less often. A built-in water-level indicator tells you when it’s time to add more water. The stylish outer pot is watertight so you can place it directly on furniture without worrying about leaks. Inside, a matching liner easily lifts out so you can change plants, repot, trim roots and rinse leaves. From the makers of classic Playmobile® toys, award-winning Lechuza planters are crafted in Germany from durable, shatterproof, UV-safe plastic.
This all-in-one planter includes the planter, liner, water-level indicator and enough Lechuza PON media to fill the container.

Very sleek looking. Not a huge fan of the included gravel (size of aquarium rocks).

About Me Master Gardener
Absolutely pleased with this planter for my beautiful orchid. Had it in a pot and wasn't aware when it needed water before, and/ or gave it too much!
