Raised garden beds are the easiest way to grow your own fresh vegetables. No digging, no weeding — just lots of delicious food! Our Forever Raised Beds set up in minutes and last for decades. Made from a composite of recycled wood and plastic, they have the attractive look and feel of silvery aged cedar, but will never splinter or rot. Aluminum brackets keep the sides straight and true. Generous 10-1/2" depth helps retain moisture and provides plenty of root space for everything from salad greens, peppers and tomatoes to carrots, squash and even potatoes.

My forever gardens (I have 2) never were aasembled. Too heavy and too difficult. The brackets connecting the boards are flimsy and boards see saw when moved. I bought brackets to reinforce them at ends and screws. I didn't get all of them screwed in and the ones I didn't get in are warped. Some boards at edges have cracks. Any drill hole will allow water to reach inner core which will cause it to decompose. Many end brackets arrived bent. It is my Never garden because it is NEVER going to be put together. I broke my arm and shoulder and have no volunteers to assemble it and with warping and splits in boards, I doubt results would be worth effort. I would advise anyone who do purchase this raised garden to stick with 3 x 3 size. The long boards are heavy and they warped. Want to say that they were not assembled because husband got cancer and died.
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
The color is great for blending with any house/outdoor decor

About Me Avid Gardener
This is great for needing some plants/flowers in spaces where one would not like to dig into the ground (front of house). Many neighbors are beginning to think the same.
Avoid this product
Composite planks often 1/16 to 1/8 inch thicker than the metal brackets. Had to use a sledge hammer to force them in. The composite material very difficult to work with, pre-drilling holes for screws is necessary. Screw heads are very soft and strip easily. Had to replace several, as spares are not supplied.
Heavy and Sturdy, look nice
from Portland, OR
I love that these are heavy and sturdy but may be cumbersome for some gardeners. They are attractive and I hope they last as long as they say they will.

About Me Master Gardener
We are very very pleased with the Final product. Beds look is very nice, lovely addition to the yard. But lots of work to assemble. Would recommend to friend with caution about needling help to assemble and electric screws.

I'm planning on using this for vegetable planting, it seems to be sturdy and weather resistant but it is fall and I just got it placed where I want it and have not utilized it to full capacity as yet. Am looking forward to the spring and its first use

About Me Getting Started
Assembly was ok. Definitely easier with 2 people. Didn't pre-drill holes but should use a variable speed drill with a robertson square bit. Much, much better than a phillips head.
