Keeps me from making too big a mess
The lip at the front isn't all that deep but it did help me from getting potting soil on the floor. The little compartments at the back were helpful for holding things like plant name tags and extra pots.

It turns any space into a potting bench for a fraction of the price. I have my seedlings in my living room, and this helps contain the potting soil when I work. It's fantastic.
good for indoor winter gardening
keeps things clean- i used to spread the dirt everywhere when i was repotting in winter- now it stays contained.
I use this in horticultural therapy sessions. It's a great size and allows participants the ability to reach the soil without having to reach over an edge.
I NEED TO USE THIS MORE!!!!
I still just make a huge mess wherever I am in my house if this isn't near by! I just need to use this more for an easier clean up!
